How do I enable the split-screen feature on my iPad?
Enabling split-screen on your iPad allows you to view and interact with two different apps at the same time. Here's how you can enable the split-screen feature on your iPad:
- First, open one of the apps that you want to use in split-screen mode.
- Next, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the Dock.
- Now, find the second app that you want to use and tap and hold on its icon.
- Drag the app up from the Dock and onto the left or right edge of the screen. You'll see the app appear as a vertical rectangle, and you can adjust the size of the app by dragging the dividing line between the two apps.
- Tap on the app divider to switch between the apps or to close one of them.
Note that not all apps support split-screen mode, so you may not be able to use this feature with every app on your iPad. Also, split-screen mode is only available on certain iPad models and in certain orientations.
