How do I schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams?

To schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams, follow these steps:

From the Calendar

  6. Select a date and time for your meeting.

From a channel

  1. Open the Microsoft Teams app.
  2. Find the channel where you want to schedule your meeting.
  3. Click on the ellipsis button in the top right corner of the channel.
  4. Select Schedule meeting.

Tips

  • You can also schedule a meeting by clicking on the Meet now button in the top right corner of the Teams app. This will create a meeting that anyone can join immediately.
