Sorting data in Excel is a common task, and using keyboard shortcuts can help you save time and work more efficiently. One shortcut you can use to sort data in Excel is ALT + H + S + S.

To sort data using this shortcut:

  1. Select the range of cells you want to sort.
  2. Press ALT + H to activate the Home tab on the ribbon.
  3. Press S twice to activate the Sort & Filter dropdown menu.
  4. Press S again to select the Sort A to Z or Sort Z to A option, depending on whether you want to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
