The Voice Memos app on your iPhone is a useful tool for recording audio in various situations, such as lectures, meetings, or personal notes. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use the app:

1. Open the Voice Memos app on your iPhone. You can find it on your home screen or in your app library.
2. To start recording, tap the red record button in the center of the screen. To pause or resume recording, tap the same button.
3. When you're finished recording, tap the stop button. Your recording will be saved automatically with a title based on the location and time of the recording.
4. To rename your recording, tap on it and then tap on the title. Type in a new name and hit Done.
5. To trim your recording, tap on it and then tap the three dots in the upper-right corner. Select Edit Recording and adjust the yellow sliders to trim the audio as desired. Hit Save when you're finished.
6. You can share your recording by tapping on it and then tapping the share button. You can send it via email, text message, or any other app that supports audio sharing.
7. If you want to delete a recording, swipe left on it and tap Delete. You can also swipe left on multiple recordings to delete them all at once.
