Mount Tendürek is a dormant volcano located in the province of Ağrı in eastern Turkey. The volcano is considered to be extinct as it has not erupted in the last 400 years. There is no record of any eruption by Mount Tendürek in the recorded history. However, some studies have suggested that the volcano was active in the past, and the last eruption may have occurred more than 5,000 years ago.
