What are the most complex and interesting villains in Burn Notice? How do they compare to other TV villains?
Burn Notice is well known for its intriguing villains that have kept audiences on the edge of their seats throughout the show's seven seasons. The creators of the show did an excellent job of crafting characters that are cunning, complex, and compelling in their own way.
One of the most complex villains in Burn Notice was Simon Escher, played by Garret Dillahunt. Simon was a cerebral and methodical character who knew how to stay two steps ahead of Michael Westen at all times.
Another fascinating villain in Burn Notice was Anson Fullerton, played by Jere Burns. Anson was an excellent strategist who always had something up his sleeve, and his calm demeanor made him an intimidating figure.
Compared to other TV villains, the villains in Burn Notice had a more human side to them. They didn't always seem like cartoonish versions of evil, but neither were they purely understandable. They had motives people could relate to, but also did horrific acts.
