The fee for traveling with a surfboard on Hawaiian Airlines flight to Australia depends on the size and weight of the board. Hawaiian Airlines charges a $150 USD fee each way for surfboards up to 115 inches in length and a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Boards over 115 inches and up to 165 inches in length are subject to a $300 USD fee each way. Boards over 165 inches in length are not allowed on Hawaiian Airlines flights.
