Located in the northernmost part of the county, Ebright Road is a small hill that marks the highest point not only in Delaware County, but also in the entire state of Delaware.
Ebright Road is named after Wilson Ebright, a farmer who owned land in the area in the late 19th century. The site of the hill was later used as a triangulation point by the United States Geological Survey.
