In Islam, the concept of destiny or fate is known as Qadar. It is a fundamental belief that everything that happens in the universe is predestined by Allah, and nothing can happen unless He wills it to be. However, the concept of Qadar also includes the belief that humans have free will and the ability to choose between good and evil.

According to Islamic theology, Qadar is one of the six articles of faith that a Muslim must believe in to be considered a believer. It is mentioned in the Quran and is an essential part of Islamic belief. Muslims believe that Allah is the all-knowing and all-powerful creator of the universe and that He has complete control over everything that happens.

Although Qadar is a complex concept, it is an essential belief for Muslims. They believe that everything that happens in their lives, both good and bad, is part of Allah's plan for them. Muslims are encouraged to put their trust in Allah and to accept their destiny with grace and patience. They also believe that Allah is merciful and just and that everything that happens in the universe is ultimately for the greater good.
