What was the most cringeworthy moment on Friends?

Friends is one of the most beloved TV shows of all time, but even the most die-hard fans can admit that there were some cringeworthy moments throughout its 10 seasons. One of the most uncomfortable scenes for viewers to watch was in the Season 4 episode 'The One with the Jellyfish.'

In this episode, Ross and Rachel are arguing about their relationship and Ross reveals that he has read Rachel's 18-page letter that she wrote to him. Rachel is mortified and begs Ross to stop reading it, but he continues to read it out loud. The letter is filled with embarrassing and personal details, including Rachel's fantasy about Joey. The entire scene is incredibly cringey and uncomfortable to watch.

Another cringeworthy moment in the series is in Season 2's 'The One Where Ross Finds Out.' In this episode, Rachel is trying to move on from Ross and starts dating a guy named Russ, who looks and acts exactly like Ross.
