Who has better sidekicks: Sam or Ron?

In the world of TV shows, sidekicks can make or break a series. Sam and Ron, from iCarly and Kim Possible, respectively, are two characters that come to mind when thinking about great sidekicks. But who has the better sidekicks?

Sam's sidekick is Freddie Benson, the tech-savvy friend who is always there to help out with iCarly's online shenanigans. Ron's sidekick is Rufus, the naked mole-rat who accompanies Ron on his missions. Rufus is a great sidekick because he is cute, cuddly, and always up for an adventure. He has saved the world on more than one occasion and is always there to lend a hand when Ron needs him.
