To share a Google Sheets spreadsheet with others, follow these steps:
- Open the spreadsheet you want to share.
- Click on the Share button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the spreadsheet with in the People field.
- Choose the level of access you want to give them by selecting from the Permission drop-down menu.
- Optional: Add a message in the Message field to provide context about why you're sharing the spreadsheet.
- Click Send.
Once you've shared your Google Sheets spreadsheet, the people you've shared it with will receive an email with a link to the spreadsheet. They can click on the link to open the spreadsheet in their own Google Drive account.
