If you have iCloud Photos enabled, you can view your photos and videos from any Mac, iPhone, iPad, or iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Here is how to view your iCloud Photos on your Mac:
- Open the Photos app on your Mac
- Click on Photos in the top left corner and select Preferences
- Click on iCloud
- Select Optimize Mac Storage or Download Originals to this Mac
- Close the Preferences window
