Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
Instructions:
- In a large pot, brown the beef over medium-high heat. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
