Who was the most supportive parent on Friends?
On Friends, Ross and Rachel are the only main characters who become parents during the series, with Ross having a son named Ben and Rachel having a daughter named Emma. Although both parents faced some challenges along the way, Rachel is often considered to be the more supportive and involved parent.
Rachel worked hard to balance her personal and professional life with her new role as a mother, and was often shown going above and beyond to care for Emma. She was also willing to make sacrifices for her daughter, such as giving up a job opportunity in Paris in order to stay in New York and raise Emma.
While Ross certainly cared for and loved his son, he also struggled at times to balance his parenting duties with his other responsibilities and personal relationships.
Of all the parents on Friends, Jack Geller (Elliott Gould) and Judy Geller (Christina Pickles) were the most supportive. They were always there for their children, Ross (David Schwimmer), Monica (Courteney Cox), and Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), no matter what. They were always willing to listen to their problems, offer advice, and help them out in any way they could.
For example, when Ross was struggling with his divorce from Carol (Jane Sibbett), Jack and Judy were there for him every step of the way. They helped him move out of his apartment, they helped him find a new place to live, and they were always there to listen to him talk about his feelings.
When Monica was struggling with her weight, Jack and Judy were there to support her. They helped her cook healthy meals, they went to the gym with her, and they were always there to remind her that they loved her no matter what.
And when Rachel was struggling to find her place in the world, Jack and Judy were there to help her find her way. They gave her financial support, they helped her get a job, and they were always there to give her a place to stay.
Jack and Judy Geller were truly supportive parents. They were always there for their children, no matter what. They loved them unconditionally, and they always wanted what was best for them.
